Cash Flow on Rental Properties
Hello All,
What's the average cash flow on a standard 3 bed/2-2.5 bath single family or a standard 2 bedroom multi family rental property in the Houston TX area and surrounding cities? I know rental incomes vary wildly depending on a number of factors like location, condition, demand, management structure, etc. but is there a range that one can use as a guide when making an offer on an investment property?
