Looking to invest in Philadelphia
Hello everybody I'm very new to investing into real estate but i been listening to podcast and reading books. I live in Orlando FL but would like to invest in the Philadelphia market as the down payment and cost of starting would b less. Is there any realtor or investor that can help me get my first deal ? If anybody have any tips or advice I'm willing to learn as well thank you in advance
