Title and Ownership of Properties!
Hey,
Anybody know how to find title ownerships of commercial buildings in Canada? More specifically in Ontario. I know you can access them for a fee on "Onland.ca" it's $35 for parcel registry. Seems like the only way to get this information for free is if you're licensed in RE field. I'm looking for this info so I can meet with the owners, offer to buy them lunch so I can hear their story and use their experience/knowledge to further my career and begin investing! I'm just starting out 21 years old and I don't have a lot of money.
