Dear BP community,

This is my first post and I am looking forward to develop my skills together with/through you!

QUESTION:

I have approached some Realtors just to see if seller financing is common here in Sweden. Many seem familiar with the concept but are asking me for details regarding the setup.

- Can you please share some experiences/examples on how a preferable seller financed deal can be set up? (Both if it's fully owned or bank financed).
