Hey @Erik Michael 👋🏼

Congratulations on getting your RE license, definitely not an easy feat. 
I think consistency is key, making the phone calls, joining Meetup’s and networking with others so that you can market yourself as an agent.

It’s also helpful when you’ve been through the process yourself & purchased a property so you can experience it yourself and gain credibility with other future homeowners / investors 😃
