I am a new real estate investor curious about which markets now tend to generate the highest ROI. I am open to investing in different types of properties, but I would like to focus on markets with the most potential for profitability.
Can anyone share insights on which markets are currently seeing high ROI, and perhaps provide some tips on how to identify profitable markets? Thank you
