Camden New Jersey New Investor
Hello to all my BP friends,
My name is Bruce and I am a new investor. I have a 2 units here in South jersey but i am closing on my 3rd prop in CAMDEN NJ next week. I am wondering if anyone in here also invests in my market. I am interested grabbing lunch or having a phone call with someone who has market knowledge of the area and wants to help out a newbie. All help is appreciated thanks!
