Need help with Owner Financing in Washington State
I need someone to walk me through the process of owner financing in Washington State. My grandfather is willing to sell his rental property to me using seller financing but neither of us are sure what to do now. Do we contact a real estate attorney? Will my grandfather have to get licensed as a lender? What are the tax implications for my grandfather?
