Flooring question, is this acceptable flooring for a rental.
Hi, first time poster here. We are looking to rent out this home. This floor is very slick, would it be a good idea to replace it to make this a rental property? Note: we did not choose this kind of floor, it was there when we bought the home. it is everywhere but bedrooms.
