New investor - just purchased 1st
I have been listening to the Rookie and Bigger Pockets Podcast for over a year now and was finally able to get off the sideline and into the game. I have not been very active, but the few people I have spoken to and read their posts are great!! I am creating buy boxes for OH, TX, and MD and would greatly appreciate any other locations and contacts for team building you all may recommend. I am interested in learning about multi-family and MTRs also. I would like to have them in my future portfolio.
