Finding a market
Hi all, I am new to this and am hoping to buy my first investment property within the next couple of months. The biggest hang up I have right now is I live in a very expensive market so I am needing to find long distance deals. Due to this I am hoping for some advice on what markets are the best when you have a low budget to start. Thanks!
