ADT alarm system
Hi,
I purchase my home and got ADT alarm for it. Due to work reason I have to rent it out. I’m going to rent it out as midterm rental or month to month with it furnished. How do I deal with the alarm system. Should I disarm it and not let the tenant use or do I let them use by giving them the code? I’m thinking of just disarm it so there will be no issue. I also have camera in the backyard , from yard and at the door. Please let me know how you guys deal with this.
