I am just beginning my real estate investing journey. Just looking for opinions on what things I need to have lined up before my first purchase. I think I have a good idea where to go with this, but some feed back would be great. I pretty sure it is a good idea to setup an LLC before I get started. Other than that, any other recommendations (e.g...separate bank accounts, website, something other that an LLC, etc...)

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
