I Need a Second Set of Eyes...

Hi everyone!

Brand new here (brand new investor as well)

I'm looking at a 4plex property tomorrow and would like a more experienced set of eyes on it.

Just because of the fact that I'm so new to this, I want to know if it may be a viable investment.
