Creating my first lease

Hello all,

I have been a Bigger Pockets fan and consumer for the past year. I just purchased a new home and I am turning my old house into a rental. I been using Zillow manager for everything and I created lease through Zillow. I am inquiring on who has gone this route and is there anything else in the lease I should add that Zillow lacks in. Thanks for any help.

 I like Zillow Rental Manager for screening tenant applications but I can't comment on using a Zillow lease template.
