Transferring property in LLC

Hello,

First time poster and was hoping to get perspective or advice. I have one property currently and want to know if it's worth the money and effort to transfer my condo to an LLC before buying a new property as my primary residence? Current property has 2.3% interest rate, 138k left on loan if that's helpful hence I want to switch it as a rental investment.
