this is definitely a lot harder than I anticipated. getting started is the hardest thing in the world. wholesaling is too saturated, buy and rehab take the knowledge of a brain surgeon, creative financing requires this and that. and someone is willing to "share their unknown secret" all for $97. I can literally start doing deals in my sleep for $97, this is crazy. sorry for the rant, just tired of all the hooblahh. I want to learn from a real person, not a system created for $97.

Terry, the people selling programs say it is easy to get you to part with your $97 (or up to $50K!! for some programs)

Yes this business can be done with a modest amount of money. You can start with very little and become rich. But it is not free, it does take some money and it does take work.

There are no secret techniques in this business. Most of what you will find in the courses Gurus sell is available here on BP for free The only real secret is that most people who buy courses never do a deal.

There are stories and podcasts here about how many new investors got started. Good luck - Ned
