Buying a apartament cash

Hey guys I’m thinking on buy a apartament cash on Ohio prefer Cincinnati area there around 80 k to 100 k when you buy an apartemnt with hoa cash do you the same procedure that when you are buying with the bank , do you do the appraisal the inspection and put the contingency as well , thanks 🙏 if guys can help me out

When buying for cash, you don't need an appraisal although you should still do inspections and have contingencies regarding condition and occupancy. I'm not sure what you mean by buying with HOA cash. Could you elaborate on that?
