Getting Started In CRE
I'm in the market for acquiring my first commercial property. I am in NYC and I'm not turned off by the current climate & prices of the market. Bred hustler mentality. I've been studying RE for years and I'm ready to build my portfolio. Looking to connect with investors, lenders, brokers, property managers & contractors. I also am looking to connect with business owners & entrepreneurs in general as I am also interested in retail leasing in my commercial spaces, once acquired. Open to all potential connections
