Does anyone know about Delta, Utah market?

Hello, 

I am new to the bigger pockets community. I have two plots of land in Delta, Utah. I would like to build a single family residence or possibly a duplex. Because Delta is a very rural community, I am having a hard time finding information to analyze the market, average rent, etc. Is there any one who has experience in this area? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
