looking for some guidance
Hello! I'm a newbie in the Real Estate game. I'm looking for my first property, but I live in Southern Illinois. The properties are cheap for some of the single family homes and I'm just not sure if I can be profitable trying to flip a 36k home. Any guidance would be appreciated. If there is someone in the southern Illinois area, I'd love to meet up and talk and learn.
