How to invest 250k

Hello, I am new to real estate investing and I have around 250k to start investing. I am located in Albania, Europe. We are a developing country. Any Ideas where should I focus on and how should I start will be very helpful?

Thank you for your responses. To give you a clearer picture, my primary goal is to grow my real estate portfolio in Albania. Currently, I own three apartments: I live in one, rent out another, and am considering using the third for Airbnb.

My investment approach is to be actively involved, especially as I plan to expand my portfolio. I wanted to share an update on my strategy based on the current assets and my goals. I am now focusing on purchasing a family home in Albania. The plan is to finance this purchase through a mortgage, where I'll be putting down 20% initially and covering the monthly mortgage payments with the rental income from one of my existing apartments. With a budget of around $250k, I am exploring the best strategies to invest this amount effectively in the Albanian real estate market. Given the country's developing status, I believe there's potential for both appreciation and steady cash flow.

I'm open to suggestions on how to strategically utilize this budget. Should I focus on acquiring more rental properties, consider renovations to increase value, or explore new constructions? Additionally, any insights on navigating the Albanian real estate market, particularly regarding areas with high growth potential or rental demand, would be invaluable.

What is the level of risk you are willing to take?

There are tons of options for you and alternative investment strategies in real estate from rentals, oil and gas, syndications, funds, multifamily, commercial, self storage, tax liens, notes, land….

Each has their own pros and cons and risks
