Where are some good areas to invest in SFR's in Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana? My goal is to stay around 20-50k and in a decent area (C class neighborhoods or above would be ideal). Thank you, I appreciate any help or suggestions!

I invest in Anderson and Muncie Indiana and have a lot of success out there. I bought a triplex rent ready for $50,000 during covid, and a fixer duplex for $40,000 about a year ago. The prices have gone up but there are still deals to be found.
