Feeling Overwhelmed/Where To Start
Looking to buy my first property and house hack. Would prefer to get a duplex and do this, but not entirely sure I would get approved for an amount that much. Also open to house hacking with just a single family home. Looking for any advice/next steps!

call banks and credit unions and ask about getting pre-approved.
find a realtor and start looking at properties.
