So I go view a property that appears to be an amazing deal....
2900 Square Foot Home that has been recently renovated in a not so bad neiborhood for 50k. So anyway I am in there by myself touring the property at night time... I open the kitchen cabinet and.......... a family of dead mice falls out and lands on my feet.
OMG I almost **** my pants. I got out of there as fast as possible.
What's the craziest thing you've come across while viewing properties??

I haven't experienced anything like that, but a few dead mice would not have deterred me. It may have taken me a few minutes to calm down, but for $50K and they are already dead...I'm going to the next cabinet.
