Multi family investing
Hello everyone I wanted to know how do you start investing in multi families with little to no capital when hard money lenders still leave a 20% or more gap to cover for purchase price etc. Not to mention the high mortgage interest rates that you have to start paying right away. With renters not in at the beginning it seems like you’re set to fail from the start. Please help thx.
