Hello all, I am just beginning my journey to become a real estate investor. I spent the last year working on my real estate license and began working as a real estate agent in July. Does anyone know of any meet up groups in South Los Angeles or North Orange County Area?  If you want to be an investor you have to surround yourself with investors, right?
