First Post: First Steps into REI and Networking Opportunities
Good morning all,
My Business partner and I are just starting in our journey into REI! We have essentially finished our business plan for the business and are in the process of networking throughout the community while searching for our first deal! We are looking to start with Long term rentals and with our limited capital possibly wholesaling. This would allow us to build our capital so that we are able to fund our first investment property.
