Beginner to Wholesaling

I hope this finds you really well.

A quick background on myself: my name is Jimmy.

I’m from Africa, but currently I live in Manchester, UK.

I am broke and getting laid off soon. I want to get together through real estate.

I have been listening to the Biggerpocket podcast for months, and finally, I want to start off with wholesaling.

I have absolutely zero experience, but I’m determined to make this work, and I would appreciate any advice you can give.

• Would I need any money to start for items like viewing and surveys?
• How do I speak with sellers in order to get their property under contract?
• What types of contracts do I need and what should be included, and can I draft them myself?
• How does assigning property to an investor work?
