Beginner Cold-Calling Tips Needed
I've spent the weekend skip-tracing rental property owners to compile phone number lists, which I intend to cold-call for leads.
What are some tips and tricks you would give a beginner for cold-calling?

Own that it's a cold call, do not try to immediately sell, and be pleasantly persistent not pushy
