Metro Atlanta Bird Dogs?

Question

I am building my team and would like to enlist the services of a Bird Dog for my $30K or less investment venture. My target area is comprised primarily of Stone Mountain, Lithonia and Decatur but I am not opposed to expanding a bit if there is a good deal in let's say Atlanta, Henry or Rockdale.

I see what you mean about our conversations being gone. I hope I didn't break any rules!

There are a couple of fellow that work at Camp Zama, they occasionally get together for meetings and touched base with me. The way I see it, there are at least 4 of us here in Japan and perhaps we could benefit from forming a mutually supportive group since to my knowledge there is no REIA around for us to join.

I don't know if the messages disappeared before you could see I will be in Tokyo in a couple of weeks for a conference and perhaps we can meet then.

You should talk to Net Worth.  They are a whole seller selling from cheap houses like you target to more expensive ones for flips.  I bought a couple of houses from them.   @Manesh Hardeo who is its general manager in Atlanta is a regular contributor here.

By the way, our conversions on BP were disappeared for some reason. May be we should start it all over again.
