I am currently a real estate agent in the Philadelphia area. Residential sales are great, but I am really looking to start building wealth through investing on my own. I have a lot of time I can dedicate, but am currently lacking capital and a team to do deals with. If anyone has any insight, please reach out!

I'd recommend some of the Books in the BP Bookstore - especially on strategies such as House Hacking or BRRRR - great to start and w/ low capital
