Metairie / Fat City
Hello everyone. I am new to bigger pockets and looking for some help. Can anybody give me some good info on this area. I am looking at a condo in Fat City as an investment property and read there is a lot of revitalization going on in this area. Just wondering if I would have any issues with getting renters in this neighborhood. Any help I would appreciate. Thank you I’m advance
