Hi BP Community!! My Name Is Kiara. I Am New To Real Estate Investing. I Came Across BIgger Pockets A Few Months Ago And I've Been Excited About RE Ever Since! I Have Real Estate Rookie (90 days to your 1st investment) by Ashley Kehr Also Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat By David Green, And A Ton Of Podcasts. Lol! I Have Excellent Credit And Equity In My Primary Residence To Get Started. I Want To Get Started With SFR Or MF In The Tampa Or Jacksonville Markets. I'm Looking To Make An Entry NOW!! Any Advice For Me In Todays Market (Dec 2023) ?? I Would Love To Meet And Build Relationships With Like Minded Individuals.
