It's been a while i been on bigger pockets. Just wanted to ask anyone who sees this how did you get started in investing in real estate? I'm currently working on my Florida RE license and just wanted to know if anyone else started their RE investment journey by getting their license. (I'm in the clearwater area)

I started both at the same time. And when I got my license I started part time for 3-4 months before leaving my full time job. Just get started on both and you'll figure it out
