tax return investment
hi, im looking on Trulia arround my area and finding alot of condominium and townhouses arround 30k,. Now, im getting 6k back from taxes, would you guys invest on townhouses or condos, or should save it up , I would probably get a hard money lender to finance my loan, this would be my first deal and would like to rent it out, i would love to here what u guys think
