House with Reverse Mortgage
Can anyone share their experience or give advice on approaching a friend whose recently deceased mom had a reverse mortgage on her house. They are told they need to be out of the house in 30 days. I'd like to gently approach my friend to see if I can buy the house but not sure how this works with a reverse mortgage. What kind of questions should I ask?
