Hey! I'm looking to learn more on how to buy my first rental property in the United States. I currently live in South America and i'm not a US citizen. Does anybody have experience in US real estate investing that is in a situation like mine? If so, some guidance on how you were able to start off would be invaluable to me. Thanks!
