Looking to buy first rental in Connecticut.
It is myself & 2 partners. We are all tradesman and able to do most of the renovations ourselves. We are looking towards multi family properties. Any advice starting out? Would we be able to qualify for FHA with 3 people behind this? Any help would be greatly appreciated & also looking other like minds in the Connecticut area.
