Weighing different investment strategies in Cleveland, Ohio...starting with 300k

I recently moved to Cleveland, Ohio, with my family, bought a house in Olmsted Township, and am weighing different investment options with 300k ready to deploy. 

I will be the property manager and my priority is high monthly cash flow. Any advice on appreciating areas, successful strategies, and local connections would be great.

Hi, we started investing in Cleveland last year. We used the Azzam group to look for properties and they also do the property management for us. So far, we have one long-term property with them and currently purchasing another long-term property through them.
