First Property Almost Ready to Sell

I'm about two weeks away from my first property hitting the market, It's a 2024 manufactured home in Middleburg FL. What are some strategies you have used to sell your property faster? I am working with a Real Estate Agent and she will be holding open houses, but are there any tips/tricks that I could implement now to try and spark interest?
