Best Model to Start With

Hello,


I am just starting out in real-estate and learning as much as I can and I'm stuck.  I am torn between starting out in land investing or wholesaling real-estate.  I have very low funds to start with so I'm not sure which is the best to start out with.  

Please let me know what you think or have had experience with.
