looking for Wholesaling contracts

I'm looking for some samples of wholesaling contracts. I imagine in my head wholesalers have a folder in their computer with several types of contracts. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? I am sure that with certain deals, they would send to their lawyers.   Thanks.
