Hello, my name is Derrick Hardin I am an inspiring investor who has been stuck in analysis paralysis for about 2 years now. I have done one wholesale deal but am looking to invest locally myself. I'm looking for anyone on a similar path who wants to connect. I have no peers interested in what I am doing I really want to surround myself with like-minded individuals. I am 25 no longer in school, however I only need 1 year at UNCG to complete a bachelors in business. I currently have a good job working remotely as a billing specialist.
