I have no clue where to start.
There is so much information out there and seems like lots of great resources but I am having trouble figuring out where to start. I'm interested in starting with land flipping but I feel like I'm drinking from a fire hydrant with the amount of information available. Do I need an LLC to get started? How do I establish a deal if funding is limited? I need a mentor or someone that I can learn from but they are charging thousands of dollars to share PDFs and templates that I have no idea how to use. Any advice on how to get started would be amazing!
