Hey Everyone ,

Am new to real estate wholesaling and i want to start in Nashville TN and am based in Egypt and I want to wholesale virtually in the US . I want to know what do i need to make it legal for me to operate in the USA and what are some tips and tricks for me to make sure lock up my first deal in Nashville
