Looking For Mentors and Partners For Building & Creating Affordable Housing
Hello, Good Evening everyone. I'm very much a novice when it comes to commercial real estate mainly everything about commercial real estate in my area in Broward County, Florida there's been a lot of building of high rises and luxury apartments but not enough affordable housing multifamily apartments in my area. Yes! I mean they do it for low income senior residents and the multifamily affordable apartments that been there for a while. I want to get into building and creating multifamily affordable housing in my area for low income residents. I just want advice and recommendations and/or partnerships that can help me and mentor me in doing this cause I've been interested in creating for a while and I'm ready to start taking action and build relationships to get my foot in the door and make it happen.
