Track Record Template
Hey BP Community. I have a question for you.
We work with local sponsors in our markets. One major challenge is having our partners come up with clean and organized documentation of their track record. We find ourselves receiving a combination of PDFs, excel spreadsheets, banking statements etc which then require reconciling and organization on our end. Its a major time drag. We like to do this so we can compare sponsors apples to apples in a structured way.
Has anyone come across any tools or software that can help us with this process?
