Second home/ first rental investment

Joe Ko
Posted

Hello there

I'm looking to buy a rental property and maybe use it as a vacation home once in a while. Interested in Myrtle beach area.

not looking for a beachfront property.

I've heard there's a lot of crime in Myrtle beach. I want to know you recommendations where are safer areas and where are ones to stay away from.

@Joe Ko I'm sending you a private message.  Would be happy to assist with your search and eventual purchase!  I know the Myrtle Beach area VERY well.  Crime rates per capita here are pretty exaggerated as a huge chunk of crimes are committed by folks from out of town.  Nevertheless there are a couple areas you may want to steer clear of, and I can certainly help you navigate this.
