Looking for a mentor…

Nora Lugo
Posted

Looking for a mentor to help guide me through my journey as a new real estate investor. I live in California, but am looking to purchase my first single family rental property in Memphis, TN.
I believe I have found a company that will best meet my needs as an out of state investor.

Would appreciate advice on whether or not I’m going in the right direction with  the business plan Iv created.

Other topics I’d like to discuss…

-Should I start an LLC before first purchase.

-Type of deal/loan that would best help me to achieve my goals.

Thank you!

@Nora Lugo

unfortunately it's difficult to just "get a mentor" - I'd go to some local REIA meetings and network.

here's some good reading before you buy a random property in Memphis because it looks good on paper.  have you seen it?  have you inspected it?  do you have boots on the ground there?  will you go in person to inspect, build your team, close?
